St. Anthony, I resort to thy protection and aid and as a proof of my affection and faith I offer this light, which I shall burn every Tuesday. Comfort me in my difficulties and through the lodging in the house of my Saviour, intercede for me and my family that we always may hold God in our hearts and be provided for in our necessities. I beseech thee St Anthony, to have infinite pity in regard to the favour I ask thee (mention it). Please help me overcome all difficulties I now have at my feet.
Say three “Our Fathers”, three “Hail Marys” and three “Glory Bes”. This is said nine Tuesdays in succession and each Tuesday a candle shall be lit and a copy of this prayer left in the church to help another soul in distress and increase the devotion to St Anthony.

It was translated into Spanish and handed out throughout Saragossa (Spain) with the joyful acceptance of saint Anthony´s worshippers who have got a strong devotion to this saint.
